Nøgne Ø Nordic Noir is brewed using Norwegian ingredients. We fermented this beer at an extreme temperature; 42°C. With the unique Norwegian chocolate malts, this beer got an extra dimension. This version of Nordic Noir has been further matured in sherry barrels for 7 months.
