The fruit for the Ms. Noir Pinot Noir 2018 vintage was sourced from a cool climate vineyard in the King Valley of Victoria. The goal was to create a light bodied, subtle pinot with the primary focus being the freshness of fruit. Once the fruit was harvested, it was sent to tank for maturation, opposed to oak. This allowed the wine to retain its freshness. The resulting wine has hints of savoury notes but is outshined by the fresh forest berries and maraschino cherries.
