Last release of our Barrel Aged program: Sherry B.A Cherry Sour. It was a collaboration beer with Beavertown (London, England). We did a sour beer (kettle sour), fermented in our inox tank and finished fermentation in Amontillado Barrels (kind of Sherry Barrels). After that, we added Cherries, re-fermented and leave it another 3 extra months. The result: a complex, funky, tart beer with cherries notes.
