Ever been Left On Read? This is a beer for you. This double dry-hopped IPA is a smooth and oh-so-juicy little number. We like to use a light and simple malt bill in this style, allowing the hops to shine. Citra and Mosaic are the main dry hops for this one, with a little background help on the aroma from Strata and Centennial. The colour is light orange and the haze level is dialled up. We get tropical breakfast juice aromas bursting out of the glass. On the palate, this is as soft and pillowy as they get. The bitterness is non-existent which allows intense fruitiness to coat your mouth. Mango, passionfruit, peach and melon all feature heavily in this intense but severely drinkable DDH IPA.
