This cool-climate Pinot Gris was fermented in stainless steel and allowed some time on yeast prior to bottling. Poured into a glass, it flaunts a pale colour. A swirl reveals lifted citrus aromas along with a touch of pear and ginger. These characteristics continue to the wonderful palate. Complemented by fine grained tannins, it eventually culminates in a soft acid finish. You may enjoy it with freshly shucked oysters, chilli squid or pan-fried salmon.
