Australia's loss was New Zealand's gain when Rob Burley decided to move back over the ditch. 100% de-stemmed, fermented in tank for two weeks before being pressed back to tank for maturation. Jurassic is a lighter style Pinot Noir, dark ruby in colour with a deeper plum-like fruit on the nose. Light in weight the palate sees vibrant raspberry and cream paired with a bright, cohesive acid/tannin combo.
