Nose: Burnt caramel, salted caramel, cocoa powder and milk chocolate with spicy hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Develops into candied stone fruit characteristics.
Palate: Robust, rich and full flavoured with spice, followed with campfire marshmellow sweetness, cacao and rich white chocolate. A long lingering finish.
Aditional info: This awamori is stored in a 'kame' (ceramic urn) for 10 years. The kame gives this awamori its distinct earthy nose and extra intensity on the palate.
