Sower is a Santa Catarina-style Fruited Sour Ale. A native Brazilian style of beer, it’s got lashings of Mango and Pink Guava on top of a wheat-heavy grist and our house lactobacillus culture. It’s clean and tart, light and refreshing, with big, jammy fruity flavours bursting through.
