Named for co-founder Chris's second daughter, Abigail, but also named after Saint Abigail: a medieval healer & beekeeper way back in Ireland. This golden mixed fermentation, barrel-aged beer was racked over 1,100kg of white peaches, and refermented for four months. The resulting brew is creamy, peachy, vibrant, and utterly delicious. Bravo, Abigails!
